Beer In The Sun — a free browser arcade game

Beer In The Sun is a free, one-button retro arcade game you can play right in your browser, with no download. It is a fan tribute to the song "Beer In The Sun" by Graeme "GMCG" McGuigan, featuring his actual track with his blessing.

It is the great Scottish ritual, lived on repeat: drag your deckchair into the one gap in the clouds, chug your pint before the rain gets it, pour your own at the Buzy Bee, cross the road on the way home, and balance a full pint all the way home over the rooftops.

How to play

• Drag your chair, or use WASD / arrow keys, into the sun spot and sit still to chug.
• Rain falls everywhere the sun is not — stay in the light to protect your pint.
• Empty glass? Head out the gate to the pub and pour your own — stop at the 568ml line.
• Your score is millilitres of beer drunk in the sun. Drain three pints and you are out.
